The university created a separate Department of Physics and Astronomy in 1908 and we’ve been graduating exceptional students ever since. Physics alumni have gone on to fantastic careers in industry, academia, research, law, medicine, architecture—anywhere creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed.
